Could be a reflection from glass behind the person taking a photo, could be a photoshopped image and it could be whatever you want it to be. It’S NOT a higher vibrational realm because we cannot capture those images yet. I want to believe it is another dimensional reality blending in with ours. We exist in a hologram, the computer might have a glitch, enless possibilities.
